Terra Clean Energy (CSE:TCEC) Schedules Annual General Meeting and Appoints New Directors

November 7, 2025. Leads & Copy — Terra Clean Energy Corp. has scheduled its annual general meeting of shareholders for December 8, 2025.

At the meeting, shareholders will be asked to re-elect the current directors Greg Cameron, Alex Klenman, and Tony Wonnacott. They will also elect two additional directors, Michael Gabbani and Brian Polla.

Greg Cameron, CEO of Terra Clean Energy Corp, welcomed Gabbani and Polla to the board, expressing his anticipation to collaborate with them to enhance shareholder value. Cameron highlighted Gabbani’s extensive experience in the nuclear industry and Polla’s background as a serial entrepreneur.

Michael Gabbani has over 30 years of experience in the nuclear energy industry, beginning with Atomic Energy of Canada Limited and later with GE Hitachi Energy. He also served for 14 years on the board of directors of the Organization of Canadian Nuclear Industries.

Brian Polla has more than 25 years of experience in manufacturing, operations, and business development. He has a history of building and leading ventures in the industrial and coatings sectors. Polla has owned and operated Kenex Coatings for over two decades.

The company also clarified details regarding finders’ fees paid in connection with its recently completed non-brokered private placement, as outlined in previous press releases on October 20, 2025, and November 5, 2025. The fees included: (i) total cash of $148,868.01; and (ii) 848,783 non-transferrable finder warrants exercisable at C$0.14 per share for 36 months from November 5, 2025.

Terra Clean Energy Corp. is focused on uranium exploration and development. Its key asset is the South Falcon East uranium project in the Athabasca Basin region, Saskatchewan, Canada, with an inferred uranium resource of 6.96M pounds. The company also holds past-producing uranium mines in Utah, United States.
