Skycorp Solar Group Notified of Nasdaq Minimum Bid Price Deficiency (NASDAQ:PN)

Ningbo, China — November 3, 2025 — Leads & Copy — Skycorp Solar Group Limited (Nasdaq: PN) has received notice from Nasdaq that its Class A ordinary shares do not meet the minimum bid price requirement for continued listing.

The company’s shares failed to comply with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(a)(2) because the closing bid price was below $1.00 for 30 consecutive business days. Skycorp has an initial compliance period until April 28, 2026, to regain compliance by maintaining a closing bid price of at least $1.00 for 10 consecutive business days.

Skycorp may be eligible for an additional 180-day compliance period if it meets other listing requirements. If compliance is not regained, Nasdaq could delist the shares, which the company could appeal. The company will monitor its share price, and the notice does not affect business operations.

Skycorp Solar Group Limited is a solar photovoltaic (PV) product provider focused on manufacturing and selling solar cables and connectors, and also partners with various IC chip manufacturers to offer new and used GPU and HPC servers. The company aims to become a green energy solutions provider for data centers.
