Li-FT Power (TSXV:LIFT) Begins Drilling at Yellowknife Lithium Project

VANCOUVER, British Columbia — February 17, 2026 — Leads & Copy —

Li-FT Power Ltd. has commenced drilling at its Yellowknife Lithium Project (YLP) in the Northwest Territories, Canada.

The 6,770m resource drill program will focus on the BIG East spodumene pegmatite, building on results from the 2023 and 2024 drill campaigns. The program aims to expand high-grade spodumene mineralization, which remains open along strike and down dip from previous drilling limits. Notable past results include 26m of 1.56% Li₂O, 22m of 1.35% Li₂O, and 35m of 1.34% Li₂O.

Diamond drill holes are planned on 100m spaced sections to build on the current BIG East inferred spodumene resource, which constitutes about one-third of the global resource tonnes at YLP. The company believes the BIG East deposit has strong expansion potential and could significantly increase the YLP’s global mineral resource. Results are expected to be incorporated into a Preliminary Economic Assessment (PEA) scheduled for release in 2027.

The BIG East pegmatite complex includes a north-northeast trending corridor of parallel trending dykes exposed for at least 1,500m of strike length. The dike corridor ranges from 20-100m in width and dips 55°-75° to the west. Previous drilling tested 1,200m of strike length, to a vertical depth between 150m and 250m from the surface.

The 2026 drill plan consists of 26 resource holes (6,770m), with 24 holes (6,480m) planned for the main dike corridor and two holes (290m) at the Northeast extension. Drill holes are designed to extend spodumene intercepts that remain open at the limits of the 2023 and 2024 drilling to a vertical depth of ~300m. Cross-section examples include 1.56% Li2O over 26m in YLP-0117, 1.35% Li2O over 22m in YLP-0077, and 1.34% Li2O over 35m in YLP-0271. The two holes at the northern extension step out from in YLP-0079 (1.29% Li2O over 15m) and YLP-0059 (1.04% Li2O over 12m).

Francis MacDonald, President & CEO of LIFT, stated that the company is excited to begin the 2026 drill program at BIG East and believes that the deposit will continue to deliver outstanding high-grade results.

Ron Voordouw, Ph.D., P.Geo., Partner, Director Geoscience, Equity Exploration Consultants Ltd., and consultant to Li-FT Power Ltd., reviewed and approved the scientific and technical information in the release.

LIFT is focused on the acquisition, exploration, and development of lithium pegmatite projects in Canada. Its flagship project is the Yellowknife Lithium Project in Northwest Territories. The company also holds three early-stage exploration properties in Quebec and the Cali Project in Northwest Territories.
