Labrador Resources Inc. Announces Approval of Share Consolidation
CALGARY, ALBERTA — February 19, 2026 — Leads & Copy — Labrador Resources Inc. (TSXV: LTX) has announced that the TSX Venture Exchange has approved the consolidation of the company’s common shares. The approval follows news releases issued on December 18, 2025, and February 17, 2026.
The consolidation will be on the basis of one post-consolidation common share for every two pre-consolidation common shares. Trading of the post-consolidation shares on the TSX Venture Exchange is set to begin at the opening of trading on Friday, February 20, 2026.
