Trailbreaker Resources Updates Mineral Claim Option at Atsutla Gold Project
November 6, 2025 – TheNewswire – Trailbreaker Resources Updates Mineral Claim Option at Atsutla Gold Project
Trailbreaker Resources Ltd. (TBK.V) announced it has amended an option agreement for a mineral claim at its Atsutla Gold project in northwestern British Columbia, according to a press release issued Nov. 6, 2025.
The initial option agreement, dated Nov. 21, 2022, was signed with Mr. Torrey Fredlund, granting Trailbreaker the option to acquire a 100% interest in his ‘Golden Echelon’ claim block, situated between the Snook and Highland zones. The claim block consists of one mineral claim covering 132 hectares.
Under the initial agreement, Trailbreaker could earn a 100% interest in the Golden Echelon claim by issuing a total of 80,000 common shares in stages over three years, along with a one-time cash payment of $25,000. The payment schedule was as follows:
- 10,000 common shares upon TSX Venture Exchange approval.
- 10,000 common shares on or before Nov. 16, 2023.
- 10,000 common shares on or before Nov. 16, 2024.
- 50,000 common shares and $25,000 cash payment on or before Nov. 16, 2025.
The optionor was to retain a 1% Net Smelter Return (NSR) royalty, with Trailbreaker having the right to buy back the 1% NSR within two years of exercising the option for $50,000 in cash and 100,000 common shares.
The amending agreement, signed Nov. 3, 2025, modifies the original option agreement by replacing paragraph d) with the following:
- Issuing 25,000 common shares to the optionor by Nov. 16, 2025.
- On or before May 16, 2026, either: paying the optionor $25,000 and issuing 50,000 common shares, or issuing 175,000 common shares.
The amending agreement is subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
