Scandium Canada Engages Norda Stelo for Crater Lake Project Pre-Feasibility Study

Scandium Canada Ltée (TSX-V: SCD) has signed a service agreement with Québec-based engineering firm Norda Stelo to conduct a pre-feasibility study (“PFS”) for the Crater Lake project. The study’s findings are expected in the summer of 2026, with the final report due in late August 2026.
Norda Stelo will oversee the PFS, incorporating the NI 43-101 technical report “Resource Update” from April 2025. Metallurgical process and recovery tasks will be handled by firms selected by Scandium Canada.
Guy Bourassa, CEO of Scandium Canada, expressed enthusiasm for the Crater Lake project’s progress, citing warrant exercises since December 1st as enabling advancement to a pivotal stage.
The Crater Lake project involves constructing mining infrastructure, including a camp, power generation, and an airstrip, as well as a hydrometallurgical plant in the Schefferville region. Discussions are underway regarding an access road from Schefferville to Crater Lake, though this is not included in the current pre-feasibility study.
Norda Stelo, a Québec-based engineering consulting firm active in Canada and internationally, supports public and private organizations in complex infrastructure, transportation, natural resources, energy, and manufacturing projects. The firm employs nearly 900 people.
Scandium Canada (TSX-V : SCD) aims to become a primary scandium source, enabling the development and commercialization of aluminum-scandium alloys (Al-Sc).
