Hammond Manufacturing Revises Tariff Receivable Estimate

GUELPH, ONTARIO — December 23, 2025 — Leads & Copy — Hammond Manufacturing Company Limited (TSX:HMM.A) announced it has revised its estimated U.S. tariff receivable established in the second quarter of 2025 from $2,604,000 to nil, due to evolving trade uncertainties.

The impact will be reflected in the fourth-quarter reporting and is expected to lower net income by $1,940,000.

The receivable related to an anticipated refund for tariffs paid by the company between March 12, 2025, and June 4, 2025, and does not impact the company’s results of operations for subsequent periods.

Hammond Manufacturing manufactures a broad range of products for the electronic and electrical products industry, including metallic and non-metallic enclosures, racks, small cases, outlet strips, surge suppressors, and electronic transformers.
