Credissential Inc. Completes Sale of Antenna Transfer to Codeifai
Calgary, Alberta — February 17, 2026 — Leads & Copy — Credissential Inc. has successfully completed the sale of its Antenna Transfer Inc. business, soon to be renamed QuantumAI, to Codeifai Limited, effective February 16, 2026. The transaction, approved by Codeifai shareholders on December 8, 2025, will provide Credissential with additional working capital to advance its current product stack.
According to the terms of the agreement, Credissential is slated to receive AUD$1.3 million, which includes AUD$1.15 million in Codeifai common shares and AUD$150,000 in cash. The transaction is an arms-length deal with no finder’s fees payable.
Colin Frost, Chief Executive Officer of Credissential, stated the company is pleased to close the transaction with Codeifai and realize significant value from the Antenna Transfer platform. Frost added that the strategic divestiture enables the company to focus its attention and resources on its current product stack, including CoinCMPLY and DealerFlow.
The shares issued to Credissential are subject to voluntary escrow provisions. One-third of the shares will be released upon closing, another third after three months, and the final third six months after the completion date.
