The partnership focuses on the production and deployment of the Nexus 20 autonomous platform in Central and Eastern Europe. HCP, based in Poznań, is a manufacturing enterprise within the Polish defense sector.
The LOI follows a Non-Disclosure Agreement between CiTech and HCP, reflecting their intent to combine CiTech’s Nexus 20 technology with HCP’s manufacturing, integration, and support capabilities to meet the needs of the Polish Armed Forces and NATO’s Eastern Flank.
Under the LOI, CiTech and HCP plan to collaborate in several areas:
Production and Assembly: HCP will become a manufacturing and integration hub for Nexus 20 platforms in the Central and Eastern European (CEE) region.
Technology Transfer: The partnership will facilitate the transfer of technical expertise to ensure local maintenance, training, and operational support.

The LOI outlines milestones for advancing the partnership, including a visit by CiTech CEO Brenton Scott to HCP headquarters in Poznań in March 2026 to finalize commercial, technical, and logistical arrangements. The first Nexus 20 prototype unit is scheduled for delivery to HCP’s Poznań facility in May 2026 for technical evaluation, training, and demonstrations for regional stakeholders.
The Nexus 20 platform is designed to provide rapid, autonomous telecommunications and surveillance infrastructure for defense and security operations. The partnership aims to deliver a sovereign-capable solution for European strategic clients by combining CiTech’s platform technology with HCP’s manufacturing capabilities and integration within the Polish defense sector.
CiTech CEO Brenton Scott said the partnership marks a step forward in CiTech’s international expansion strategy and will complement the establishment of its EU Headquarters in Latvia. He added that by working with HCP and the PGZ Group, CiTech is positioning the Nexus 20 platform to support allied defense capabilities across Central and Eastern Europe.
HCP, founded in 1846, specializes in large-scale mechanical manufacturing, defense production, and industrial solutions. As a subsidiary of PGZ, HCP provides fabrication, machining, and integration capabilities for the defense, energy, and transport sectors.
CiTech, listed on the CSE, is developing autonomous technology for essential services.
