Heritage Mining Confirms Visible Gold at Melba Mine Project

VANCOUVER, BC — February 10, 2026 — Leads & Copy — Heritage Mining Ltd. has confirmed visible gold in core from diamond drill hole ML3900-002 at the Melba Mine Project, outside the interval previously announced.

Coarse gold was identified in half core at 73.3 meters depth, downhole of the previously announced 42.57 grams per ton of gold over 1 meter from 72 meters, according to the company.

Peter Schloo, President, CEO and Director of Heritage, said the identification of visible gold outside the previously reported interval suggests potential to expand the mineralized zone and exploration potential of the Melba Project.

The Melba Project is located approximately 22 kilometers northeast of Kirkland Lake and 90 kilometers southeast of Timmins in Northeastern Ontario, Canada, and consists of approximately 3,886 hectares. Melba lies along the Ross Fault, a splay off of the Porcupine-Destor Fault Zone, near the McEwen Mine (Grey Fox Mine) and the Ross Mine.

The visible gold was observed at 73.3 meters depth within a sheared zone with quartz veinlets within a meta-rhyolitic volcaniclastic unit. The mineralized quartz vein array system is hosted within a silicified, brecciated meta-felsic volcaniclastic unit, near a greywacke/felsic volcaniclastic contact. The gold occurrence is near the historic Melba Mine workings in the Abitibi Greenstone Belt within the Kirkland Lake Mining District.

Heritage Mining adheres to a strict QA/QC protocol for handling, sampling, sample transportation, and analyses. Drill core was boxed, covered, and sealed at the drill rig site and transported to the onsite logging facility.

Drill core is systematically cut in half using a diamond saw. A qualified geologist examines the drill core, marking intervals for sampling. One half of the core is retained as a witness sample, while the other half is submitted for analysis.

Samples are submitted for gold determination by PhotonAssay to Paragon Geochemical – Timmins, an ISO/IEC 17025:2017 accredited laboratory. After gold assays are returned, Heritage may perform multi-element assays on selected samples with Paragon.

Stephen Hughes P. Geo, Strategic Advisor for the Company, serves as a qualified person as defined by National Instrument 43-101 and has reviewed and approved the technical information in the release.

Heritage Mining Ltd. is a Canadian mineral exploration company advancing its Ontario Project Portfolio in Northwestern and Northeastern Ontario. The Drayton-Black Lake, Contact Bay and Scattergood projects are located near Sioux Lookout. The Melba Property is located near Ramore, Ontario.
