Candelaria Mining Corp. Announces Auditor Change
Vancouver, B.C. — February 10, 2026 — Leads & Copy — Candelaria Mining Corp. (TSX-V: CAND.H, OTC PINK: CDELF) has announced a change of auditor, effective January 28, 2026.
Davidson & Company LLP has been dismissed as the company’s auditor at the request of Candelaria Mining. The audit committee and board of directors subsequently appointed Saturna Group Chartered Professional Accountants LLP as the successor auditor, also effective January 28, 2026. Saturna Group will serve until the close of the next annual general meeting.
Candelaria Mining sent a Notice of Change of Auditor to both Davidson & Company LLP and Saturna Group Chartered Professional Accountants LLP. The company has received letters from both firms, addressed to the securities commissions in Alberta, Ontario, and British Columbia, confirming their agreement with the information contained in the Notice. The Notice, along with the letters from the Former Auditor and the Successor Auditor, has been reviewed and approved by the company’s audit committee and board of directors and is available on www.sedarplus.ca.
The company reports no disagreements or unresolved issues with the Former Auditor regarding audit scope, procedures, accounting principles or policies, or financial statement disclosure. Candelaria Mining believes there have been no “reportable events” (as defined in National Instrument 51-102 – Continuous Disclosure Obligations) between the company and Davidson & Company LLP. The Former Auditor did not provide a modified opinion in their auditor’s report for the financial statements of the company for the fiscal years ended April 30, 2025 and April 30, 2024.
