Discovery Harbour Resources Corp. to Sell Shareholding Interest in UVAD Technologies Inc.
Vancouver, B.C. — February 13, 2026 — Leads & Copy — Discovery Harbour Resources Corp. has agreed to sell its minority shareholding interest in UVAD Technologies Inc. for $297,000.
The Share Sale agreement, dated February 6, 2026, is with an arm’s length private company. The transaction is subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange, disinterested shareholder approval, and other customary conditions to closing. No finder’s fee will be paid.
Discovery Harbour Resources Corp. acquired the Shares in 2011 pursuant to a debt settlement. The Shares are a passive investment asset for the Company that is unrelated to its current business, which is focused on sourcing, exploring and developing mineral properties. The Company has been seeking to divest its interest in UVAD.
Discovery Harbour is focused on sourcing, exploring and developing mineral properties in mining-friendly jurisdictions.
