VANCOUVER, BC — February 5, 2026 — Leads & Copy — Intellistake Technologies Corp. has secured a contract with PowerBank Corporation following a successful closed beta program. The agreement, valued at approximately C$278,000 for the first year, marks Intellistake’s initial implementation of its AI agent strategy and the commencement of enterprise software revenue.
The contract encompasses initial implementation and subscription services, with an option for an extended multi-year subscription based on mutual agreement.
Under the terms, Intellistake will develop and deploy two AI agent platforms for PowerBank:
- A public-facing AI communications agent for structured external engagement.
- IntelliScope, a custom internal multi-agent business intelligence framework to support PowerBank’s operational workflows.
Both platforms underwent approximately three months of proof-of-concept development during the closed beta phase. Following internal demonstrations and technical review, Intellistake and PowerBank have initiated a contracted Phase 1 build and deployment, which includes delivering minimum viable products and initial production rollout.
The public-facing AI communications agent is being designed as a secure interface embedded within PowerBank’s website, enabling controlled natural language access to verified public disclosures and structured responses to external inquiries. The platform will also generate analytics reports, providing insights into engagement patterns, frequently accessed topics, and usage trends.
IntelliScope, the internal business intelligence platform, is being configured for PowerBank’s operational workflows. Its initial application will focus on renewable energy development in the United States, equipping PowerBank with analytical intelligence to identify project sites, evaluate grant eligibility, and assess regulatory conditions and sector-specific sentiment across energy subsectors. IntelliScope aims to consolidate fragmented data sources into a single intelligence layer for faster and more informed decision-making.
Intellistake CEO Jason Dussault stated that the engagement has been built through close collaboration, and expressed confidence in the systems being delivered into PowerBank’s operating environment. Liam Harpur, VP of Technology and Development at Intellistake, added that the focus was on validating AI system performance, data integrity, and compliance controls within a real enterprise environment, creating a solid foundation for enterprise-level deployment.
PowerBank Corporation CEO Dr. Richard Lu noted that the closed beta demonstrated how these systems can support clearer and more informed decision-making across their business. He said the contracts allow them to move forward with deployment, and they’re looking forward to seeing how these tools are applied across both external communications and internal operations.
Intellistake’s deployment strategy involves building enterprise AI systems for external communications and internal decision-making. These implementations showcase how modular AI architectures can be applied across regulated and data-intensive environments, supporting transparent, data-driven decision-making for enterprises through AI infrastructure.
PowerBank intends to settle the payment for the agreements through the issuance of 121,723 common shares at a deemed price of $2.29 per common share, subject to stock exchange approval.
The company expects to provide further updates as deployment milestones are achieved.
