Toronto, Ontario — November 4, 2025 — Leads & Copy — Hybrid Power Solutions Inc. (CSE: HPSS) has entered into a distribution agreement with Dragonfly Energy Holdings Corp. (Nasdaq: DFLI) to expand the distribution of Hybrid’s battery energy storage systems.
Dragonfly Energy will distribute Hybrid’s products, including the Batt Pack Pro, to its customer network, broadening Hybrid Power Solutions’ market reach. The agreement aims to accelerate the adoption of Hybrid’s portable power systems in mobile services, recreational vehicle (RV), and off-grid applications.
Dragonfly Energy CMO Tyler Bourns said the partnership expands their mission of delivering reliable, high-performance power solutions that enable energy independence. Hybrid Power Solutions CEO Francois Byrne said the agreement will allow them to bring their eco-friendly power systems to a broader customer base, further driving the transition to sustainable energy.
Hybrid Power Solutions Inc. specializes in developing portable power systems that eliminate the need for fossil fuels in off-grid and remote applications. Dragonfly Energy Holdings Corp. specializes in cell manufacturing, battery pack assembly, and full system integration.
