Clear Blue Technologies Signs Supply Agreement with Eutelsat Group (TSXV:CBLU)

Toronto, Ontario — December 23, 2025 — Leads & Copy — Clear Blue Technologies International Inc. (TSXV: CBLU) has signed a Letter of Intent with Eutelsat Group (FP: ETL) for a three-year supply agreement. The agreement, signed on December 17, 2025, will see Clear Blue provide its Pico-Plus product for Eutelsat’s Konnect WiFi Service rollout across Africa.

The agreement outlines plans for two initial purchase orders totaling approximately 1,000 units, valued at CA$1.0 million. The first order, for around 100 units, is expected to be finalized in December 2025. A follow-on order for approximately 1,000 units is anticipated in the next quarter. The Letter of Intent targets approximately 15,000 Pico-Plus systems over three years, dependent on commercial demand.

The initial orders are expected to be delivered in 2026. These units will be deployed to four African countries where Eutelsat is experiencing demand for its Konnect WiFi product.

Philippe Baudier, Vice President for Africa at Eutelsat, emphasized the importance of reliable solar power, smart edge computing, and cloud analytics for their market expansion. He stated that the majority of Sub-Saharan Africa’s population remains unconnected, and Eutelsat has developed a resilient system to power mission-critical internet connectivity and the devices that use it. Baudier added that Clear Blue’s capabilities provide higher performance and more reliability at the lowest cost.

Miriam Tuerk, CEO & Co-Founder of Clear Blue, noted the intertwined nature of internet connectivity and powering smart devices. She highlighted Eutelsat’s ability to serve market needs across Africa with its combined Low Earth Orbit (LEO) and GEO satellite product offering. Tuerk expressed Clear Blue’s excitement in supporting this initiative with their Smart Power products.

Clear Blue and Eutelsat initially announced their partnership in November 2024 and jointly marketed their product at the Eutelsat booth at Africacom. The collaboration seeks to expand and improve connectivity solutions across Africa by introducing power-efficient broadband services to support businesses and community WiFi networks, particularly in energy-constrained environments.

The integration of intelligent power management with IP connectivity is essential in regions with limited access to stable electricity. Eutelsat is incorporating Clear Blue’s energy technology into its GEO Konnect and LEO OneWeb platforms. The new solutions aim to deliver reliable, sustainable, and scalable connectivity for enterprises and communities across the continent.
