Clean Energy Technologies to Exhibit at International Biomass Conference & Expo (NASDAQ:CETY)

Irvine, CA. — February 12, 2026 — Leads & Copy — Clean Energy Technologies, Inc. (Nasdaq: CETY) will exhibit at the 19th Annual International Biomass Conference & Expo, scheduled for March 31 – April 2, 2026, at the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center in Nashville, Tennessee. CETY will be located at Booth #233.

The International Biomass Conference & Expo, organized by BBI International and produced by Biomass Magazine, brings together industry professionals across interconnected biomass utilization sectors, including biobased power, thermal energy, fuels, chemicals, anaerobic digestion, gasification, pyrolysis, and combined heat and power.

CETY’s participation reflects its strategy of transforming local waste challenges into clean energy solutions. The company’s HTAP™ advanced pyrolysis platform converts organic and biomass feedstocks into outputs, including renewable gas, hydrogen-ready syngas, electricity, and biochar. These outputs create deployment opportunities across agricultural regions, municipalities, and industrial sites.

The conference offers CETY a strategic opportunity to showcase its biomass conversion capabilities and accelerate project development conversations with stakeholders in the renewable gas ecosystem. Clean Energy Technologies integrates its own technologies, including Clean Cycle power generation systems, in projects such as Vermont Renewable Gas (VRG) to maximize efficiency, improve economics, and create vertically aligned energy solutions.

As energy demand accelerates, especially from data centers and other infrastructure expanding into rural communities, CETY plans to deploy distributed biomass conversion systems alongside emerging infrastructure. By processing regional biomass and organic waste streams near demand centers, HTAP™ can strengthen local economies, enhance grid resilience, and convert underutilized resources into clean energy assets.

Kam Mahdi, CEO of CETY, said the event brings together stakeholders shaping the future of biomass and renewable gas. Mahdi added that CETY is excited to present HTAP™ as a platform that enables communities and industrial partners to transform organic waste into renewable gas, electricity, hydrogen-ready fuels, and carbon-rich biochar.

At Booth #233, CETY will meet with prospective partners, project owners, waste generators, and investors to discuss opportunities across biomass, renewable gas, and distributed energy markets.

Clean Energy Technologies Inc. (CETY) is headquartered in Irvine, California. The company delivers power from heat and biomass with net-zero emission and low cost. CETY’s principal products are Waste Heat Recovery Solutions using its patented Clean Cycle™ generator to create electricity. Waste to Energy Solutions apply advanced thermochemical conversion systems to process industrial, agricultural, and municipal waste streams into electricity and biochar.

CETY’s common stock is traded on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the symbol “CETY.”
