November 4, 2025 — Clean Energy Fuels Corp. (CLNE) reported its Q3 2025 operating results, showing revenue of $106.1 million compared to $104.9 million in Q3 2024. The net loss attributable to Clean Energy was $(23.8) million, or $(0.11) per share, compared to $(18.2) million, or $(0.08) per share, for Q3 2024.
Adjusted EBITDA was $17.3 million, down from $21.3 million in Q3 2024. As of September 30, 2025, cash, cash equivalents, and short-term investments totaled $232.2 million, compared to $217.5 million as of December 31, 2024. Clean Energy made a strategic investment into Pioneer Clean Fleet Solutions and broke ground on three renewable natural gas (RNG) production facilities. RNG sales increased by 3% to 61.3 million gallons.
The 2025 GAAP net loss is expected to range from approximately $(217) million to $(212) million, and adjusted EBITDA is estimated to range from approximately $60 million to $65 million.
