First Tellurium (CSE:FTEL) Establishes US Subsidiary for Thermoelectric Device Sales, Pursues Canadian Innovation Funding

Vancouver, BC, Canada — October 16, 2025 — Leads & Copy — First Tellurium Corp. reports its subsidiary, PyroDelta Energy, is collaborating with legal counsel to establish a Florida-based subsidiary to facilitate U.S. sales of thermoelectric devices, including to drone manufacturers and AI data center providers. The company has also hired a consultant to help access government innovation funding in Canada.

According to First Tellurium President and CEO Tyrone Docherty, the subsidiary is being established as quickly as possible due to recent successful testing and positive feedback with potential customers. The company wants to be ready to begin initial sales as soon as possible. The company believes PyroDelta’s thermoelectric technology would be attractive for various grant, loan and capital investment programs, along with partnering and collaboration. Prime Minister Mark Carney has stated he wants to build Canada into a clean energy superpower, positioning it as a global hub for clean manufacturing and low-carbon resource development.

First Tellurium generates revenue and value through mineral discovery, project development, project generation and development of tellurium-based technologies.
